NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS. For skincare items picture must be sent, where an exchange may be accepted for any flaws on workmanship upon receiving the item. Excluding craftmanship defect in item, which we fully examine our items before shipping.
We are not responsible for items that gets lost or damaged during shipping. However if the item itself has any defect that has nothing to do with shipping please send us a photo so we can see what we can do for you on our end.

Allow up to 5 business for shipping on custom orders such as skincare items- are all made to order. and for Printed T-Shirts, are made to order.

If you see your item has not been shipped something may be missing or needed before shipment. Check your email as we may inquire about it. If you have not received your tracking number by day 5 please email us.
If your email/address is not correct your item will be on hold for a week until you respond to our email for corrections. Additional shipping cost may be required if we're charged for shipping cost that's more than what you paid for. (Example items 3lbs+ due to bulk purchase)
